Very clean place. Puppies seem happy and healthy. They have all shots before being sold, this place buys from good breeders not puppy mills. Was very surprised on how clean it was and how polite they are!

Great experience in getting a new member for my family.i didn't know what I wanted but found an amazingly friendly dog I just had to have. Trey was great and very knowledgeable. It was very clean and a great environment for the dogs I would definitely come back here.

Visited this brand new store on 9/27/24. The store is very clean and the puppies are adorable and you can tell they are well cared for! It’s hard to pick a favorite but there is this mini schnauzer that does this happy dance with his front paws when you look at him in the window. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable too!!
Great staff and very friendly the place is always clean and they are so nice when we come by to play with the pups they are patient and very knowledgeable Trey is very passionate and it’s a good feeling to know the pups are in good hands

Just adopted a cavalier King Charles spaniel from here and I’d like to say I was pleased with the associates that work upfront , they give all the info you need before and after you adopt. To all the hateful comments saying this is a “puppy mill” I’d like to say I don’t believe it is at all , these puppies are very healthy and seem pretty happy. If I was told it was a puppy mill I’d have to say it’s hard to believe it. This place was clean and welcoming as well.

This place is wonderful! The staff is so caring and knowledgeable! I was so impressed with the care they take of the puppies and the extensive lengths they go to in order to train and socialize and find the right home for each dog, we loved our experience here!

Wonderful experience! Shayna and Trey are awesome. Not a pet store feel at all, much more private and intimate. We spent 3 hours with the puppy and never felt rushed or like we were a bother. Beautiful piebald dapple dachshund puppy with very unique markings. We had been looking forever and finally found him at Puppy Time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new puppy for your family.
No hassle. No rush. Smaller sized store, but focus given to pups and gives perfect environment to introduce yourself to your new friend!
